During the COVID-19 pandemic, OIT Telecom Billing is offering to provide a copy of Verizon Wireless monthly account/invoice for payment of the bill if a copy is not available.   This service is provided due to accounts/invoices being mailed to Rutgers address and we are in a work-from-home environment.

To request a copy of the account/invoice, please send a request to the following address mobile@oit.rutgers.edu and provide the following information:

• Your Name:
• Your email address: (where to send the PDF copy to)
• Account #
• Specific billing month requesting a copy of the PDF (this is called the Quick Bill Summary Date)

This request will need to be sent to the above address for each month when there is a need for the PDF copy.
