To support the discretionary spending approach, University Procurement Services continues to provide guidance on ways to bend the spend curve and support our sourcing strategies. To expand on the thought process before inviting supplier to Rutgers, new supplier invitation guidance will be available through the supplier portal tile in myRutgers beginning February 11, 2021.
