We are pleased to announce that you may now start using PaymentWorks, our NEW supplier onboarding self-service portal.

Reminders:

• The Request for New Suppliers Form in RU Marketplace is no longer available
• Updates for suppliers onboarded through PaymentWorks will need to be completed by the suppliers through the portal
• The Supplier Maintenance Form in RU Marketplace is still available for updating existing RU Marketplace suppliers

If you would like to give suppliers a “heads up” that they will be receiving an invitation from do-not-reply@paymentworks.com, you may do so, though it is not necessary. Suppliers should also check their spam inboxes.

We are hosting the next webinar training session on September 17th. This will provide a high-level overview of the new supplier onboarding process.

We encourage you to watch the training videos and review the FAQs and Job Aids on Canvas before joining us via WebEx, as these may answer many of your questions.  For your convenience, this presentation is also posted on Canvas.
