On September 1, University Procurement Services (UPS) will begin using ServiceNow, the university’s platform of choice for service management. All requests and questions regarding purchasing, accounts payable, travel and expense, suppliers, and other UPS matters, will need to be submitted via the new Help Desk Intake Form.
