Comment Issue with Notifications

Dear Rutgers Colleagues,
This past weekend, Jaggaer conducted technical upgrades to its system that impacted the functionality of RU Marketplace. As a result of the upgrade, system users may experience an issue sending and/or receiving comments in RU Marketplace.
When sending a comment, if you select any of the suggested selection of users, the system will not successfully send the notification.
However, if you select the user via the “Add recipient” search option illustrated below, the system will send the email/notification/comment successfully, if the individual has their notifications turned on.
We are working closely with Jaggaer to resolve the issue.
