Marketplace Enhancement - Auto-Returns

We are excited to announce another enhancement for our Marketplace End users.  

Effective, May 1, 2022, End users will now see an explanation when their cart fails after submission. 

When accessing the HISTORY tab of the cart, and reviewing the notes, a reason for the failed cart is noted.
