Inactive Form Version Return

Forms in Marketplace are occasionally updated. If you attached an older version of the form, it is no longer accepted and is rejected during the workflow process.  See the side bar in the requisition for this notification.  To move forward, go to FORMS in Marketplace, choose the form, complete and submit.
