Dear Colleagues,
As communicated earlier, University Procurement Services will launch PaymentWorks, our new supplier portal, on September 16, 2019. PaymentWorks will improve and streamline the way we onboard suppliers and manage supplier information, and help ensure that the university is compliant with federal and state laws and regulations.
You should have already received an invitation from Rutgers University Canvas to view the PaymentWorks Supplier Onboarding Portal. Use your NetID to log in to Canvas, where you will find the PaymentWorks training portal. By clicking on the Modules option, you will be directly linked to the training materials. If you cannot access Canvas or you are not invited to the PaymentWorks training, please contact the Canvas help desk.
We will also host the following webinars to provide a high-level overview of the new supplier onboarding process.
We encourage you to watch the job aids and training videos before joining us via WebEx, as these may answer many of your questions.
