Campus Delivery Update

   In light of building closures and reduced staff on-site, University Mail Services and Procurement Services recommend that PO owners consider the status of their building’s receiving before placing any new orders and for any expected in-progress deliveries. If your building has reduced receiving or no receiving then it is recommended that the business area contact the supplier to ask them to temporarily pause delivery until your building will be available to receive delivery. Once your building has resumed receiving, then re-connect with the supplier to resume the delivery.
   To find the supplier contact information, refer back to your PO and the supplier quote for supplier address, phone number and email, check the supplier RU Marketplace catalog, or the Procurement website, Find Products Services (via this link).
