Jaggaer is implementing a new release in November 2021 that will launch a new RU Marketplace user experience interface. The new interface will be streamlined and simplified with easier access to information; transforming the end-to-end process across shopping, requisitions, purchase orders and invoices. The look and feel of RU Marketplace will undergo significant change, however, the underlying  functionality remains the same. 

Action to Take

We have scheduled information sessions to provide an overview of the new user experience. Each information session will cover the same material and registration is not required. Plan to attend the one session that is most convenient for you based on your schedule.

• Changes in Viewing in Marketplace
• How to Search in Marketplace
• How to Create a Requisition and Follow the Workflow
• How to Review Invoices
• Open Discussion, with Questions and Answers

Once you have completed one of the training sessions, you will be granted early access to the new view. A toggle button will be enabled that will allow you to switch back and forth between the classic and new views.

Beginning November 15, the new view will be on by default and the classic view will be retired.
