RU Marketplace System Issue

Dear Rutgers Colleagues,

We are experiencing integration and access issues with RU Marketplace. We are working closely with Jaggaer to identify and resolve the root cause of these issues.

This interruption is causing processing failures for requisitions, quick orders, punch out orders, and other transactions. Also, some users are unable to access RU Marketplace.

Please do not submit transactions through RU Marketplace at this time.

We will provide an update when we have more information on the solution and timing.
