We are pleased to announce the new ACE Program to make it faster and easier for Rutgers units to work with external marketing communications firms and independent freelancers. This initiative, the result of a partnership between University Communications and Marketing and University Procurement Services, provides Access to Communications and marketing Experts (ACE) who have master service agreements in place with the university, and have been trained on Rutgers brand standards and on the university’s communications and procurement policies.
