IT support emails from ServiceNow, starting June 15

On Monday, June 15, the Service Management Office is launching a limited live release pilot for ServiceNow, which will include select IT services being supported via a new ServiceNow ticketing system for the Office of Information Technology Help Desk.
During this limited pilot, Rutgers faculty, staff, and students who email and call the Help Desk for assistance may receive auto-response emails from a new source – "Rutgers ServiceNow <firstname.lastname@example.org>".
Our current ticket systems, HDRT and HEAT, will still be up and running, so for the next few months, users may receive auto-response emails from multiple sources.
