In conducting routine supplier master cleanse activities, we have identified legacy suppliers in our database with critical information missing. To mitigate the risk of fraud, and erroneous and duplicate payments, we will be deactivating these suppliers in February 2023.

If there is a warranted business need to keep the supplier active, please submit a PaymentWorks invitation to that supplier describing the reason for reinstatement.

Note: Supplier records are not “deleted”. We maintain transaction history as per University records retention policies.

Action to take:

1. Please view the file with the list of suppliers.
2. If there is a warranted business need to keep the supplier active, please submit a PaymentWorks invitation to that supplier describing the reason for reinstatement.
3. After sending the PaymentWorks invitation, please update columns "C" with "yes", and your email address in column "D" on the file.
