University Procurement Services (UPS) is pleased to announce the Labviva Learning Series which will consist of five 30-minute webinars held Wednesdays from 10:30-11:00am, beginning Wednesday, October 16.
The Labviva Learning Series webinars will focus on different aspects of the Labviva platform to help you use it more efficiently.

10:30 am – 11:00 am | Buying Options: This webinar will walk end-users through the different purchasing options for an item within the Labviva platform. Starting with how to search and locate an item, it will then explain the different badges associated with each item, the inventory information, and how to select the option you would like to purchase. | Zoom Link |

10:30 am – 11:00 am | Supplier Pages: This webinar will show end-users how to navigate to the different supplier pages. It will then walk end-users through the information provided on each page including features, products, shipping policy, return policy, and punchout links where applicable. | Zoom Link |

10:30 am – 11:00 am | Quote Ordering: This webinar will walk through the steps on how to properly submit a quote through the Labviva quote function. It will detail the information needed in order for the quote to transmit properly through the system. The webinar will also specify which supplier’s quotes should be submitted through their punchout catalog instead of the Labviva quote function. | Zoom Link |
