Business Services - Copiers

Units must contact Ricoh for a quote and complete a Service Request Form. When ordering copier supplies, do not call the service number.  Please place the order on www.myricoh.com for free shipping.  Ordering by phone results in a $11.50 shipping charge.

Ricoh does not allow maintenance contracts for copiers that are older than 8 years.  If the copier is owned, the unit must contact Logistics and Warehousing for removal purposes before replacing. Please be advised that any new copier from Ricoh will take approximately 10-15 business days for delivery after receipt of the purchase order. If the unit is returning a non-Ricoh brand copier that is at the end of its existing lease, please contact the appropriate Manufacturer sales representative below.
