If the unit has not established a scheduled delivery and pick-up with Airgas, orders will need to be placed through the punchout. Blanket orders are only allowed on a Service Request Form if the unit has scheduled regular on-going delivery and pick up with Airgas.

Units first need to establish the regular delivery and pick-up schedule with Airgas before submitting the blanket order request. Airgas provides Procurement with the list of the units with a regular delivery and pick-up schedule in place with Airgas.

The Quick Order Form and Goods Order Form are disabled for this punchout, therefore all goods orders must be placed in the punchout, including quotes.

Exceptions must be handled via the Service Request Form on a case-by-case basis with the assistance of Procurement Help Desk.
