Units must contact Ricoh for a quote and complete a Service Request Form depending on the purchase type. When ordering copier supplies, do not call the service number. Please place the order on www.myricoh.com for free shipping. Ordering by phone results in a $11.50 shipping charge.
The University will not allow maintenance contracts for copiers that are older than 48 months. If the copier is owned, the unit must contact Logistics and Warehousing for removal purposes before replacing. Please be advised that any new copier from Ricoh will take approximately 10-15 business days for delivery after receipt of the purchase order. If the unit is returning a non-Ricoh brand copier that is at the end of its existing lease, please contact the appropriate Manufacturer sales representative below.
