Punchout Supplier Changes

Dear Rutgers Colleagues,
To streamline the purchasing process, the Goods Form and Quick Order Form will be disabled on March 4th for the following punchout suppliers:

As a guide, requisitioners should utilize the following buying methods with the punchout suppliers:

| Blanket Orders (with UPS approval) | Service Form |

Benefits to using Punchout Requisition Method:
- No attachments needed for a requisition
- Less manual keying
- No UPS approval needed
- Reduced requisition to PO cycle time
