Launch of Newly Redesigned University Procurement Services Website

Dear Rutgers Colleagues –

University Procurement Services is pleased to announce the launch of our newly redesigned website. During the past several months, we worked with a focus group comprised of staff members from various departments around the university. In response to their feedback, as well as other feedback from the end-using community, we refreshed our website to organize existing information and resources better, making it easier for you to find what you need. In the coming months, we will solicit feedback from our focus group to ensure that our new site meets the needs of the university community.

Improvements to the new website include:

  • Adding a “Find Products and Services” feature, providing easier access to University-wide contracts;
  • Refreshing landing pages, to increase visibility of critical information, FAQs, and awareness of related news and events;
  • Simplifying and reorganizing content throughout the site; and
  • Creating a new mobile-friendly design.
